Retail & Wholesale Order Placed

I have two orders placed for Penelope which is enough to complete the 30 preordered bags. I’ve placed a retail order that will arrive faster than the wholesale. The Penelope is shipped via boat which is why it takes so long. I will give you an update the moment it is in my hands so I can start creating your bags!

The MINI Bag

Wow, did everyone blow my mind on the love of the mini. You all truly are cut from the same cloth…or canvas should I say? I am going to work on seeing if I can get the mini in production for Fall as well. This group will get first dibs on ordering. Goal is to have these ship prior to December so they can be Christmas gifts (even if to yourself!) I will be increasing dimensions to hold a cell phone, but that’s about it.

Also…stay on the look out. While I’m in Penelope purgatory, I’ve been drafting up some new needlepoint products I think this group will adore! I will be sure to give subscribers first dibs on all new releases.

October Pre Orders

Here is the form for the October Pre Order List. Fill this out even if you want the unassembled bag. This isn’t committing you to buying. This is just allowing me to get organized so I can send out links for both bags (and hopefully the mini!) to those on this list before I post publicly.

What You Get When You Buy

1. An assembled bag or canvas with your panels and straps outlined

2. A purse buckle similar to the Fendi one attached to front flap

3. D rings attached to bag

4. Strap clasps attached to the long and short strap

5. Magnetic closure sewn into front flap

There are people who do NOT want the hardware attached to the assembled bag. I will reach out to each of the September buyers to offer to send the hardware unattached for completion after stitching.

Stitch Along

We’re Stitching a Mini Cherry Canvas (no not the purse)

I have SO MANY requests from people who want to learn to needlepoint. A mini canvas seems like THE best way to intro those new to the game. We selected a cherry canvas as an homage to Emma’s bag from What’s the Stitch as she was the inspiration that started it all! Y’all promptly sold that out so I posted a lemon and orange of same size as additional options. KC Needlepoint has ordered additional cherry canvases for those of you who want to stitch along! If you’re an experienced stitcher, join us and try a new stitch or thread or GASP try and finish it into a charm yourself! (I won’t judge you if there is glue involved.)

This has been such an unexpected and joy filled blessing to find a community of creative women looking to dive into needlepointing for the first time or to challenge ourselves by trying to stitch an assembled clutch! Cannot wait to see what we create together 💛
